Lights of South Haven

Sometimes an image is just worth waiting for. I had checked out this spot before and had done all the right research to get a shot of the sun setting on top of the lighthouse. I knew where I needed to be standing to get the perfect shot. I wanted to make sure that I could get the spot that I wanted, so I arrived and set up my camera... 3 and a half hours early. And then I stood there... waiting... for the sun to set, hopefully, where I thought it would. It did, and I was happy, even if my feet were a bit sore. Next time I'll have to remember a chair.
