I arrived at this sunflower field right before a storm blew through. This is one of the shots right afterward. Even though this flower has been beaten down a bit, it still stands tall showing its beauty, even if it is a bit weathered.

There's an encouraging lesson in that. No matter how beaten down we become, we still have a beauty that is ready to shine.
